A 37-year veteran of the construction industry, Johnny manages the administrative aspects of A M King, as well as focusing on specific long-term client relationships. He has extensive experience in preconstruction services, sales, marketing, estimating, and project management. He has successfully delivered numerous projects in the sectors of pharmaceutical, manufacturing, corporate offices, distribution, and medical. In addition to working in multiple states, Johnny has also performed projects in Europe and Mexico.

Johnny is highly experienced in Design-Build delivery method, providing this service to clients on the majority of his projects. This experience, along with his estimating capability, allows him to provide clients with accurate project pricing at the earliest stages of a project, even during the conceptual design stages.

Johnny’s talents, construction experience, commitment to clients, and his proven performance in successfully delivering projects time and time again, has led to him enjoying a number of client relationships which have lasted for many years.
