ALDI Warehouse & Freezer Expansion & Renovation — Center Valley, Pennsylvania
This project consisted of adding 75,000 square feet of freezer, and 52,000 square feet of dry warehouse to an existing 400,000 square foot facility. Also included was the complete renovation of the existing perishables space, converting freezer to cooler, and removing and replacing all the existing ammonia refrigerant pipe in the existing space. The 15,000 square foot office area was totally renovated to class A space and an additional 2500 square feet of office space was added. The majority of the existing dry warehouse was renovated as well. The total project was completed in just 8 months, with no disruption to ongoing activities.
