ALDI Food Distribution Expansion — Salisbury, North Carolina
A M King provided 63,000 square feet of new freezer space and 73,500 square feet of new dry warehouse to this existing 400,000 square foot facility. We also added 2,500 square feet of new office space, and renovated 15,000 square feet of existing office space. The project construction began in April 2007, with turnover of completed areas for product storage in October 2007. The project was completed during on-going operations of the existing facility, with no interruptions to their operations.
Upon turnover of the new warehouse and freezer space, A M King then renovated existing freezer space by converting it into cooler space.
