ALDI Freezer/Cooler Expansion & Office Renovation — Tully, New York
A M King added 60,000 square feet of new freezer space, and 80,000 square feet of new dry warehouse space to an existing 400,000 square foot facility. In addition, 35,000 square feet of existing freezer space was converted into 32 degree cooler space. New compressors were installed, and the new refrigerant piping was installed on the roof to 3 new penthouses containing the fan coil units.
The original freezer walls were removed and replaced while the original freezer was in operation, without any disruption to operations. A M King also added 2,500 square feet of office expansion and renovated 15,000 square fee of existing class A office space. The project duration was 9 months, and was completed during the harsh Upstate NY winter months.
