PROFILE
Sid Mitchell is a 45-year veteran of the construction industry, and provides operations management to many of the A M King projects. In 1969 Sid became one of the original stockholders of Suitt Construction Company, where along with its founder, took on the responsibility to develop and implement all operational phases of a new construction company. Sid has worked for a variety of clients throughout the United States and Overseas, many of which are fortune 500 companies. Projects of note includes the Levi Strauss account which consisted of three projects including design, procurement, construction, and assistance with the equipment installation. These projects had a total owner's investment of $406 million. Also of note was the Mobil Headquarters Building in Fairfax, Virginia. The project was recognized via two major excellence awards (Fluor Daniel's Tappan and Mobil's Red 0), plus the project earned a completion bonus of $3 million
