- A M King is pleased to announce the hiring of Tiffani Shoop and Anthony Greer. Tiffani is a graduate
of Wilmington College and will be part of our Administration. Anthony is a graduate of Appalachian University and
is an Asst. Project Manager. Both Tiffani and Anthony will be assigned to the ALDI Distribution
Facility project in Springfield, OH.
- A M King is pleased to announce the hiring of Carl Morse as a Project Engineer. Carl comes to us
from Purdue University with a degree in Building and Construction Management. He will be assigned
to the ALDI Distribution Facility in South Windsor, CT.
- A M King awarded ALDI Distribution Facility project in South Windsor, CT. Project consists of
a new 500,000 SF facility to include a dry warehouse, freezer/cooler space and general office area. A
M King also provided site selection, site due diligence and handled negotiations for land purchase and
state/local financial incentives for the project.
- A M King awarded projects in Smyrna, GA and Charlotte, NC for Sterigencis US, LLC. Projects will
include new and/or renovations to chamber units, boilers, electrical and process piping and aerations &
preconditon areas.
- A M King is pleased to announce the hiring of Brett Hannaford as Project Manager. Brett is a graduate
of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management. Brett will be assigned to our
home office in Charlotte, NC.
- A M King begins Design-Build of two new Distribution Facility Expansions for ALDI in Springfield, OH
and East Spencer, NC. Both projects will consist of expansion to perishables and dry warehouses and
additions and renovations to existing general office space. Construction of both projects scheduled to
being early 2007.
- A M King is pleased to announce the hiring of Jay Myers as an Asst. Project Superintendent. Jay is a 25
year construction veteran having worked from as far as North Dakota throughout the country. He will
be assigned to the ALDI Regional Headquarters and Distribution Facility project in Tully, NY.
- A M King begins construction on the expansion to ALDI’s Regional Headquarters and Distribution
Facility in Tully, NY. A M King has selected Sterns and Wheeler as the civil engineer and Hendon
Redmond to provide architectural and engineering services. Construction is expected to be completed
in early 2007.
