ALDI Freezer/Cooler Expansion & Office Renovation | Tully, NY

A M King Construction added 60,000 SF of new freezer space, and 80,000 SF of new dry warehouse space to an existing 400,000 SF facility. In addition, 35,000 SF of existing freezer space was converted into 32 degree cooler space. New compressors were installed, and the new refrigerant piping was installed on the roof to three new penthouses containing the fan coil units. The original freezer walls were removed and replaced while the original freezer was in operation, without any disruption to operations. A M King Construction also added 2,500 SF of office expansion and renovated 15,000 SF of existing class A office space. The project duration was 9 months, and was completed during the harsh Upstate New York winter months.
