ALDI Food Distribution Expansion | Salisbury, NC

A M King provided design build services for the addition of 63,000 SF of new freezer space and 73,500 SF of new dry warehouse to an existing 400,000 SF facility. The existing freezer space was converted to cooler space, and the existing refrigeration equipment was updated and expanded.  The project also consisted of adding 2,500 SF of new office space and the renovation of 15,000 SF of existing office space. The project construction had a total duration of 7 months. The project was completed during on-going operations of the existing facility, with no interruptions to their operations.
