Preventech — Indian Trail, NC
A M King Construction provided a new 40,000 SF building to be used for assembly, warehousing, distribution, and office space for a supplier to the medical industry. The building was constructed of structural tube columns, joists, and a painted concrete tilt wall exterior. Roof deck heights are at 30’-0” providing an interior clear height of 24’-0” for high pile storage. The project includes an ESFR fire protection system, conditioned warehouse space, abundant glass for natural lighting in all areas of the facility, and energy efficient T-5 light fixtures throughout. Approximately 4,200 SF of office space was provided as well.
