Performing planning, design management, permitting and preconstruction services on multiple new facilities and additions for Aldi, Inc. Facilities include freezers, coolers, dry storage and office, totaling over 3.0 million SF.

$8 million grass roots tomato drying facility for sale to McCormick.
Sara Lee; Tarboro, NC
$23-million bakery consolidation and relocation project which called for building additions, renovations, blast cells and equipment relocation, consisting of mixers, oven lines, spiral coolers, spiral freezers and packaging.
