Profile
Brian manages the day to day operations for A M King Construction. As a 23-year veteran of the construction industry, Brian has successfully managed and delivered over 70 projects throughout the U.S. and in Europe. His portfolio includes a variety of project types in the sectors of cold storage, industrial and process, distribution, commercial, hotel and entertainment, retail, cultural, pharmaceutical and Class A office.
Brian’s expertise lies in taking a project from early conception to final completion. While experienced in all project delivery methods, he specializes in the Design-Build delivery system. He understands the technical aspects associated with design and development of these projects, as well as the financial and management aspects required for a successful completion. Brian also works closely with clients during the site analysis and purchase process, providing due diligence and consultation. Many clients have found Brian’s ability to make their projects a reality, while protecting their financial risk, an invaluable resource.
Brian is a designated Design-Build Professional. He has also received OSHA certified construction safety and health training and is a trained facilitator in Total Quality Management.
