Foster Caviness — Charlotte, NC
Foster Caviness, a regional distributor of fresh produce, engaged A M King Construction to provide renovations to their existing distribution facility in Charlotte, NC. The work consisted of converting existing dry storage space to refrigerated storage as well as modifications to their existing perishable space.  All work was completed during ongoing operations with no disruptions to Foster Caviness. New fan coil units were installed on the roof structure, and an insulated metal panel wall system was also installed to provide the thermal envelope. This project was delivered via design build, and completed in June, 2009.
