ALDI Food Distribution Facility — Jefferson, GA
This new 500,000 square foot facility is scheduled for completion end of 2010. The building includes 105,000 square feet of refrigerated space, and 18,000 square feet of Class A office space.
A M King Construction managed the state and local project approval process. In addition to providing full development of the 85 acre site, A M King Construction is also providing off-site roadway construction and improvements for site access. Currently, A M King Construction has worked with ALDI during the entire design phase to develop a new building standard by evaluating potential cost savings and alternate design options to improve building efficiency while maintaining the highest standard of quality.
